Return and Refund Policy

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted and processed, on a case-by-case basis and at DreamForwardBooks' discretion, for the following reason:
- you receive your order and the book(s) you ordered are defective or damaged (i.e., the book(s) arrive(s) with a damaged cover or interior pages and this damage was NOT caused by the shipping process/company and the damage was not done, intentionally or accidentally, before or after the packaging of the book was removed).
DreamForward Books will require you send pictures showing the damage/defect. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase.
Books cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded because the reader did not like the book/story.
Returns & Refunds:
- Any items you purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
- All sales are final.
Gift Cards:
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
