DreamForward Books (hereunder "DFB") is committed to getting Islaamically appropriate books into the hands of Muslim children, and all measures are taken to ensure each order is completed accurately and in a timely fashion. By ordering any of our books or downloading any of our resources, customers acknowledge that DFB is not responsible or liable for any delays, any loss, nor any damage to packages/books, which may arise due to causes beyond DFB's control and not arising from any fault of DFB. We do not assume any liability for delayed, lost or stolen books. 

Customers also acknowledge that once DFB fulfills their (i.e., the customer's) order and the package is given to the shipper the customer selects during the checkout process, DFB disclaims and is not responsible for the delivery time of the shipper, and DFB cannot intervene nor intercede on behalf of the customer to discover why the shipper's shipping time is delayed or long. Nor can DFB intervene or intercede with the shipper, on behalf of the customer, to discover where a customer's package is, after DFB hands the package to the shipper. Customers are encouraged to contact the customer support line of the shipper they selected during checkout to discuss such matters.
